County Standard

When the county was divided it became necessary to have two County Standards, so plans were made to achieve this and it was decided to use as much as possible from the old standard.

	The upper half of the standard is "colour" - Lincoln Green
	The lower half is "metal" - gold - Yellow bellies

1. The Trefoil is always on guide blue next to the hoist
2. The County badge - Lincoln Imp
3. The Motto - Be Prepared

	North Holland - Ducal crown from Boston arms, worked by the Captain 1st Kirton Company (1910) said to be the oldest company in the country still registered.

	S. Lindsey - Horn from Horncastle
	South Holland - Tulips
	Bourne - Wake knot
