It is to be wondered at what point walking becomes the pleasurable event that it is?

It is such a good way to really enjoy the countryside, appreciate the views and keep fit at the same time.

There is nothing quite like the achievement of completing a walk however short or far it is; whether a walk around the village, town, by a river or round a lake, up in the hills or down the valleys.

There is a firm believe that getting out and about when you are young, although it may not be appreciated at the time, can lead to a lifetime love of the beauty and challenge of nature.
